If the passengers requests cancellation within 24 hours of booking the ticket, then the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 15 days. If there’s a case of an urgent refund request, then you can contact your bank and get the Auth Code released. Refund can only be processed in the original form of payment.
If the customer requests cancellation directly from the airlines, then the same should be informed to AirFaresOnline.us. The refunded amount will be credited by us after a deduction of service fees and applicable taxes.
Fares are subject to change with the influence of taxes or any such situation. A prior notice cannot be guaranteed.
In case the fare of the ticket that you’ve booked, changes, then we’ll provide you with several alternatives. The customer has the sole right to either cancel the reservation without paying any taxes and charges or select a new option at the currently available fare.
Once we receive your complete payment, your tickets will be emailed to you within 4 hours.
In case the payment is declined due to some issues with your credit/debit card, you’ll be informed shortly via email or phone. The customer should immediately contact their bank and get the issue resolved.
If the customer chooses to use multiple cards, he/she will be liable to bear additional charges.
Customers are not allowed to changes names once the tickets are booked. In case of any error in booking/ticket, customers are advised to report it on the day of issuance only.
Changes and cancellations are subject to Airline penalties, whereas, some tickets, even after being non-refundable, may be reused on a subsequent date, as per the rules of the Airline. Partially used tickets and NO shows are completely NON REFUNDABLE.
In case of ‘no show’, entire ticket amount will be forfeited by the airline.
Airline tickets are usually valid for one year from the date of issuance. Every ticket has a time limit, in which the travel needs to be completed, whereas, in some cases, the validity might not be possible due to fare restrictions. “Domestic” means any travel within the 50 United States and “International” means all travel except the domestic travel mentioned before. Recommended check-in time for Domestic Travel is 2 hours prior to departure and for International Travel is 3 hours prior to departure. Please re-confirm your seat and other special requests such as Frequent Flyer miles with the Airlines directly at least 3 days prior to the departure.
An infant is defined as a traveler who is less than 24 months of age at the time of travel. If the traveler is above the mentioned age, child fares are applicable.

For all reservations booked through us, we will try to assist in making new arrangements, provided you have not already checked in with your airline for your first flight segment. After check-in, you are supposed to work directly with the airline to reach your destination or to make any alternate arrangements, including amendments to return services. Airline fees often apply for modifications to air schedules not related to airline-imposed flight cancellations, reschedules, or delays. These fees will be payable to the airline directly at time of the request.
